We are encouraged…

by public statements from Ford, GM, Cummins, and Honda distancing themselves from EMA's bogus lawsuit but are disappointed in the lack of action in supporting stronger national and state clean truck standards.

We hope…

that by bringing attention to the dirty tactics of EMA that companies who truly believe in and want to participate in a zero-emission future leave the EMA and support California’s clean air waivers, the ACT, and low NOx emission standards.
